As an outdoor catering company, we offer a variety of mobile ovens and cooking equipment, including gas, charcoal, smoke and pizza ovens that are perfect for any outdoor event. Our catering services are available at a range of events such as summer music festivals, horse riding and sporting events, country shows, Christmas markets, summer fairs, and private outdoor parties. We are completely mobile and can provide catering for any event in any setting.
We are happy to tailor our menus and catering to the theme of any event and offer a wide range of dishes including simple BBQ and hog roast as well as complex dishes and marinades. Our pizza menu features an extensive list of toppings. Browse our menus for a flavour of what we can cater for you.
Barbequed Meats

Our on-site hog roasts are a great way to feed a crowd. Traditional slow-roasted, deliciously tender succulent pork and luscious crackling served in a white bap with rustic apple sauce.
Our expert chefs have incredible outdoor BBQ cooking skills, which allow you tailor your menu to liking. You can choose from simple charcoal-cooked meats to more elaborate meats and marinades. Every menu can be paired with our delightful home-made slaws and salads. All of our food is prepared with the best quality fresh and tastiest ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible.
