We love outdoor cooking and with our mobile gas, charcoal barbecues and smokers we are equipped to cater for barbeques and hog roasts at any type of outdoor event. From major summer music festivals, horse riding and sporting events to Christmas markets and summer fairs, any event in any setting. We can even set up a party in your own back garden.
Our BBQ specialities include venison and our magnificent barbecued South American-style Lamb al Asado. We can also cater with more classic BBQ meats and vegetables, plus traditional hog-roasted pork and apple sauce baps.
Furthermore, we can also cook on our hot oak and applewood smoked slow cooker which is perfect for any meat or fish, be it chicken, turkey, gammon, lamb or beef. And the smoked salmon is simply divine.
